My Neck Hurts Because I Don’t Sleep Alone

Image

I woke up with about fifteen degrees of motion in my neck.  With Timmy on one side, Gus on the other, the cat curled up near the foot and Booker taking up his fair share, I understand why I’m not sleeping well.

As you can see, there’s not  a lot of room for anyone else in the bed.  And, today, after Dr. Abraham reminded me to wear my mouth guard night, I’m pretty sure I’ll only have the dogs for company for the time being.  But, I’ll be keeping company with my chiropractor and massage therapist.
